Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hotel Bholenath Nepal, we value your time and understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:



Cancellation Policy


  • Free Cancellation:
    Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund:
    Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night stay charge; the rest will be refunded.

  • No Refund:
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.



Refund Process


  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For cash payments, guests must visit the front desk with proper identification for a manual refund process.



Special Notes



  • Any transaction or gateway charges are non-refundable.

  • Promotional or non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.

  • In case of emergencies (like natural disasters or flight cancellations), please contact our support team — we handle such requests on a case-by-case basis.
